When you complete the recruitment form, we collect:

  • Invite you to relevant studies based on your preferences and demographics
  • Ensure our participant groups are diverse and balanced

How long we keep your data

We will keep your details securely for up to 2 years from the date you submit the form. After this, your details will be deleted unless you choose to renew your participation.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting [insert email].

Who we share your data with

Your data will only be accessed by the Hodgkinson McCambridge project team. It will not be shared with any third parties outside the project.
